1- Since when you sell bulk products?

We sell bulk products for cleaning and house hygiene from four years circa and from
one year we’ve been really happy to introduce also personal hygiene products.

2- What type of bulk products do you sell?

The range of bulk for home is really wide, it includes laundry detergents, fabric
softener, multipurpose, floor detergent, dishwashing liquid, limescale, dust and glass
spray, percarbonate and citric acid. Instead, personal hygiene products include:
shampoo, shower gel in different fragrances, hand soap and intimate cleanser.

3- How do you buy them?

They can be bought by bringing your own contenitor or by buying one whose cost will
be calculated only the first time.

4- Which are the preferred products by the customers?

We’re happy to say that bulk products are more and more appreciated, people start
to get used to a natural cleaning more responsible and conscious respecting of
environment.

5- Could you illustrate ingredients, uses and prices of some bulk products in
your BioShop?

Of course, we’re very proud of them! Our customers can view the prices on our
website www.incitiamo.it where is possible to study every products’ inci. In general
I could sum up by saying that, even if the prices could seem high (1 litre/gallon of
product is around 5/6 €, based on the chosen product) compared to a common
commercial product, it’s necessary to say that natural detergents are really
concentrated, that means you’ll have to use a lower quantity compared to the normal
big brands.

In addition, an important aspect to consider is that, being formulated with higher
quality raw materials, like italian origin brassica, they result more adapt to delicate
skin like the babies one and, en plus, not containing thickeners and synthetic
fragrances, phosphate, colorants, raw materials of animal origin, products are
easily, rapidly, completely biodegradable.
